As you can see from the list this company does not change its Board of Directors to often. In the By-Laws it states that they can have no fewer than 3 and no more than 9.
The Directors are voted on every year, but they have no limit on how long they can serve, as long as they are doing a good job they sit on the Board forever.

I researched their competition "The Hershey Company" last year and I found the same problem with them. No women or diversity of the Board, just a bunch of older men. This is a problem, diversity brings new ideas and creativeness to the company.
